Traditional Chinese Medicine
More and more, people use practices like these from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to not only fight disease, but also prevent it.
TCM is an ancient system of health and wellness that’s been used in China for thousands of years. Western medicine focuses mainly on treating disease. But TCM looks at your entire well-being.
TCM is based on balance, harmony, and energy. Our mission is to meet the unique health needs of individuals by delivering effective treatments which integrate both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine, and to promote wellness to the community by providing education in health awareness, maintenance, and disease prevention.
On October 1, 2018, the World Health Organization (WHO) for the first time included Chinese medicine in its globally influential medical program.

Treatments
Acupuncture
Acupuncture has been used for a great many centuries. The practice involves inserting and manipulating delicate hair-thin needles into meridian points, and channels guiding the flow of “qi” (or “life energy”) on the body. The purpose of acupuncture is generally to stimulate energy points and to balance the energy flow, to alleviate specific symptoms such as pain and discomfort, to activate your body repair systems to restore health, and for a whole array of therapeutic purposes.
An acupuncture service is combined with osteopathic massage; you get the best of both worlds. Acupuncture deals with problems all over the body using the concept of connection by meridians. The osteopathic manipulation maintains the balanced flow of energy using massage and acupressure points.
Cupping
Cupping therapy offers several advantages including aiding in promoting blood flow and increasing blood circulation to muscles and tissues, improving oxygen delivery to cells, loosening knots, and can release and drain excess fluids and toxins. By using suction or vacuum on specific cupping points on a patient’s body, can help remove obstructions in the natural energy pathways inside the body and thus cure ailments.
Herbal Medicine
We provide different properly extracted natural herbal prescriptions to treat different diseases, and strengthen and support stability of an organ or body system of an individual to achieve a balanced harmonious condition for health maintenance and disease prevention in the long term.
Chinese herbal medicine treatments find the root cause of a disease instead of applying direct symptom-based treatments that may be inadequate and can make matters worse. Herbal medicine is a viable alternative to, or combination with, conventional medicines because it is safe, effective, and may have less side-effects.
Tuina/ Massage
Osteopathy is a way of detecting and treating damaged parts of the body such as joints, muscles, ligaments, skeleton, and nerves. Chinese tuina, similar to osteopathic manipulation, use customized acupressure techniques applied to various meridians on the body, postural adjustment, and physical therapy to restore and normalize the body's structure and promote healing.
Chinese tuina embraces the physical as well as the holistic by treating the whole person. It has been used as a way to relax the mind and body and to increase blood and lymph fluid circulation. It may relieve stress, muscle pain, headaches, migraines, correct improper posture, and improve overall energy levels. It complements to Western medicine and is a natural healing alternative to illnesses resistant to surgery and other conventional medical approaches.
